TDCC’s e-Meeting Platform officially went live, providing public companies with services including hybrid shareholders’ meetings or virtual shareholders’ meetings. After pre-registration on the platform, shareholders can attend shareholder meetings virtually through the platform. After getting online, shareholders can listen to corporate management’s reports on future business directions, interact with corporations by texting questions, and exercise shareholders’ voting rights on each motion.

TDCC shared the brilliant achievement of Taiwan’s capital market, the operational resilience of critical infrastructure, and developments in digital aspects, information security, and ESG.

TDCC’s Chairman & CEO, Mr. Sherman Lin, was invited by the Taiwan Academy of Banking and Finance to the conference “Invest in our planet—the opportunities and challenges of net-zero emissions for the financial industry.” Mr. Lin delivered a speech titled “Follow the global trend: the experience in international sustainable financial evaluation.”
TDCC held a briefing on the amendment to “Standards for the Internal Control Systems of Shareholder Services Units.” A total of 130 employees from shareholder services units from listed companies, emerging stock companies, and shareholder service agents attended the meeting.
TDCC has long sponsored the soccer team of Dong Gang Senior High School (Junior High School Division) in Pingtung County. The team won third place at the 2021 school year high school futsal tournament, male junior high school students’ group.
TDCC sponsored Cloud Gate’s latest dance performance, “Send in a Cloud,” a session for education (Kaohsiung session) at National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts (Weiwuying). 327 students from 5 junior high schools in Kaohsiung were invited to the performance.
Master Program of Science in Global Banking and Finance of National Chengchi University, sponsored by TDCC and fellow institutes in the financial sector, held the opening ceremony at the university’s Center for Public and Business Administration Education.
